Logistics Sales Representative
The Logistics Sales Rep is responsible for prospecting new shippers, closing new accounts and growing relationships with new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and secure new business
• Maintain and expand customer relationships
• Identify, qualify and generate new business by adding and retaining clients
• Maintain contact with customers to determine their short and long term shipping needs
• Utilize their aggregation network to close customer prospects and established accounts
Experience:
• Experience in Transportation sales
• High energy, driven individual that thrives in a fast pace, goal driven and team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented work ethic with a competitive drive
• Ability to plan and organize, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Head is responsible for new business development for the attainment of company sales objectives and annual quotas which will include direct sales representation, developing the client¡¯s Regional Sales Operations and enhancing the company¡¯s position in the market place. Based in Shanghai, this role will cover the China region and will involve leading the country sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Issuing the direction and strategic initiatives to manage and drive the Company towards achieving a top tier contract logistics company in China.
Find and develop qualified leads
Work with executive management to define headcount requirements and organizational structure for sales division
Create and define detailed sales metrics and forecasting for Sales organization
Define business growth strategies and lead the Sales team to generate businesses that meets with the Company¡¯s target growth plans
Perform sales/management reporting as directed by Management including Opportunity Pipeline management activities
Develop and maintain a personal Pipeline of opportunities, as reflected within the CRM in addition to driving team pipeline.
Direct project implementation together with operations
REQUIREMENTS
Min Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management
Min 7 years of working experience in freight forwarding/Contract logistic environment with 3 years supervisory experience in China.
Mature and able to align department objective against companys objective
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Bring in or drive to develop an external network within the industry
Strong business acumen ¨C can develop understanding for behaviour and preferences within the industry
Strong interpersonal and communication/listening skills ¨C ability to engage stakeholders, build buy-in and excitement, working in a matrix organisation
